  • 摘要: 【目的】针对大型船舶设计模型信息的高效获取难题。【方法】围绕船舶研制需求,系统描述综合设计场景下的模型信息敏捷获取流程。首先采用IDEF0功能建模方法,建立模型信息动态传递与数据流转机制,实现获取流程的标准化与可视化。进而基于3D EXPERIENCE设计平台,提出分层式软件开发框架,突破面向设计模型筛选的多维度过滤技术,创新性构建信息定制化输出的分批处理策略,通过CAA二次开发了信息敏捷获取软件。【结果】典型任务测试表明,该软件使设计操作步骤减少60%,数据处理时效提升76%,显著提升设计效率与信息获取精度。【结论】研究成果形成了覆盖需求分析、模型构建与数据验证的全周期解决方案,有效满足多场景下差异化信息获取需求,为船舶产品数字化设计提供了理论支撑与技术途径。

     

    Abstract: Objectives To address the challenge of efficient information extraction from large ship design models, Methods this study systematically constructs an agile model information acquisition framework tailored for ship development requirements. Firstly, the IDEF0 functional modeling approach is employed to establish a dynamic model information transmission mechanism and standardized data flow, achieving process standardization and visualization. Subsequently, a hierarchical software development framework is proposed based on the 3D EXPERIENCE design platform, which breaks through multi-dimensional filtering technology for design model screening and innovatively constructs a batch processing strategy for customized information output. The agile information acquisition software is implemented through CAA secondary development technology. Results Through verification of classic task tests, the software demonstrates a 60% reduction in operational steps and a 76% improvement in data processing efficiency, significantly enhancing design efficiency and information acquisition accuracy. Conclusions The research outcomes provide an end-to-end solution covering requirement analysis, model construction, and data validation, effectively addressing divergent information requirements across multiple application scenarios. This work offers theoretical foundation and technical approaches for digital ship product design.
