对于舰用蒸汽动力系统,准确测量某些过热蒸汽系统流量是非常重要的。过热蒸汽易形成汽液两相流,流量计在测量时,经常会出现测不准现象。以某舰用过热蒸汽系统均速管德尔塔巴流量计为研究对象,利用流场CFD建模技术分析管道内流量计流场分布与变化情况,通过建立模拟工况下管道内流量计三维数值仿真模型,实时在线测量过热蒸汽流量值;将仿真数据与通过计算锅炉产汽量得到的流量值进行对比,验证了仿真测量技术的有效性;最后通过滤波及中值的数学校正方法,提高了仿真精度,最终实现了过热蒸汽流量的仿真测量,为工程中过热蒸汽流量测量提供校正依据。
